Growing up in rural New Hampshire and then living in Phoenix, San Diego, Chicago, Tijuana, Memphis, Fort Lauderdale, and Asheville, I have seen endless examples of how to “live one’s best life”.

While for many of us, a life of repetitious variety and planned spontaneity are ideal, everyone is different! I have found that the key to success in almost everything is simple: listening, being 100% present, and asking questions. I love to get to know people, to hear about their lives, learn about their habits, discover their goals and plans. These nuggets of information are what allow me to fine-tune my services to fit your specific needs, and perhaps more importantly, how to communicate with you and your family in the most efficient and effective way possible.

In my spare time, I am a dedicated gardener and caretaker to a handful of pets. I have a 100-year-old cottage in Chimney Rock, where I tinker and play and create beautiful things and valuable memories. I spend as much time outdoors as possible and love the hiking, biking, and swimming our beautiful hometown affords us. I have traveled around much of the world with wide-open eyes and a loving heart and have found myself at home in Asheville. I am so grateful for the abundance of enlightening experiences and opportunities I have enjoyed and continue to enjoy!
